Wool Fabric Pattern Collection

UPDATE September 2021:
I finally got around to uploading the missing sims3packs and also reworked one pattern and included a bonus pattern to match the reworked one!

Just in time for Seasons: Warm, cozy wool patterns. And you got plenty to choose from -  you'll get 60 (+1 bonus, see update!) patterns!

I took a lot of pictures to show you how they look on clothes. Just look at the gallery below. They look really good on clothes, but they also look amazing on furniture, rugs, pillows, curtains... just try it!

Features:

  • all patterns are properly recolorable! My patterns usually have channels for light, medium and dark tones. This way, you can adjust the contrast and 3d-effect of the patterns to your liking!
  • all patterns tile seamlessly
  • they appear in the "fabric" category
  • Preview pngs available to help you pick and choose!
  • patterns are made with the TSR Workshop Pattern Tool and Delphy's Pattern Packager.

Both links provide the package files, sims3packs, and preview pngs all in one zip file.

Wow, these are awesome! Usually when I see a set with this many patterns, they're made in CAP. So I really appreciate the hard work you put into these to make them recolorable. Thank you so much for sharing! I know they'll get tons of use in my game. :)

These fabrics are so realistic. It's just what I've been looking for. Thanks

BTW, Could you possibly tell me where you got the shirt in the second picture from? (lace fabric and cinched waist)

For some reason when I installed the 60 sims3pack, only 20 of them appear in my game and in the "install" section of the Launcher. When I try to install them again it says that they are already installed. It's strange.

I'm going to try the package method, but could you see if the issue is really present, or if it's just in my game?

thanks everyone for your kind comments!
The top in the second pic is from the Supernatural ep.
@Mura: Thank you for reporting that error! I usually don't install sims3packs, that is why I didn't notice this. I tried it myself and it seems like all the patterns I created with Delphy's Pattern Tool are not working as sims3packs! :(
I will try to find a solution, until then, you have to take the packages I'm afraid :(

Thanks for the heads up! It's a relief to know it's not exclusive to me haha. I will use them as package for now. They REALLY look great <3

They look so warm and comfortable. And they are so many! And all recolorable! I can't decide which I want to keep, I must have all of them. Thank you so much!

Uh oh, I see a small error and wanted to make you aware. When I went to download the "combined" wool package, I noticed it was linked to the original set that is packaged as individuals.

I'm just wondering if it's possible to set these up so that I have the option of installing either all of them, or only the ones that I'm interested in. While they are all absolutely beautiful patterns, my game is already overrun with custom patterns, so I have to be a little more picky. I'd really appreciate it if you're able to do this. If not, it's okay...I'll just go through them after installing (package files) or after placing into the downloads folder (Sims 3 files).

    Simlicious (Saturday, 25 May 2013 15:12)

@Simaholic63: If you download the packages (not the combined package), you see all patterns as single packages and can delete what you don't want easily. Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots tat show the pattern preview images in connection to their names. What you can do, though, is to open the packages with s3pe and look for the thumbnail that is inside. Then you can look at it and decide if you want to keep that package or delete it.

I'm new to this website and I would like to know where I can download it because I can't seem to find it. If anyone can help that would be great!

@ Sims3Addict, the download links are directly above the comments section on this page. They are called "download as package" or "download as combined package". Hope this helps :)
